Before your visit
Book Full Color when you want color on all of your hair, from the roots to the ends, to change your shade or to refresh color that has faded or grown out. If only your roots have grown in, Root Color covers just that part. If you are torn between the two, book the closer one and we will go over the choices once you are in the chair. When you arrive, we check your hair and you tell us the look you want.

During your color
Your color starts from the look you described to us when you sat down. In general, full color is one shade put on all of your hair. The colorist mixes the shade, then brushes it on in sections, from the roots at your scalp down to the ends, and leaves it on for a set time. After that, the color is rinsed out, and your hair is shampooed and styled before you go. Every strand gets color, so long or thick hair means more hair to work through than short or fine hair, and the colorist takes it section by section until the ends are covered too.

After your color
As your hair grows out, new growth comes in at the roots. When that shows, Root Color covers just the regrowth, and Full Color is there again when you want your whole head refreshed. For hair that feels dry, we also have a Hair Hydration Treatment for moisture and softness. You can book your next visit online whenever you are ready.

What's the difference between full color and root color?
Full color covers all of your hair, from the roots to the ends, and root color covers only the regrowth near your scalp. Highlights add dimension, and balayage is painted by hand for a soft grow-out. If you can't choose, book the closest match and we'll go over the options with you in the chair.
Why do you confirm my full color price at the visit?
Full color depends on how much hair we work with, so we confirm your price after a quick look at your hair's length and density. We go over the price with you while we talk through the look you want, so you know it before your color starts.
Can I talk through my color in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Liliana and her daughter Isabel speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, so you can describe the color you want in whichever language feels easiest for you. Se habla español. Falamos português. Just let us know your preference when you arrive, and we'll go from there.
How do I book Full Color?
You can book Full Color online and pick an open time that fits your day, Monday through Saturday. Choose Full Color if you want your whole head colored, or Root Color if only your regrowth needs covering. When you arrive, we start by looking at your hair together.
