Before your volume set
Volume is the set clients pick for a bolder look than the natural, defined finish of classic lashes. You decide how full your set looks, and we also offer hybrid and wispy sets if you would like something in between.
For your first set, you tell Isabel whether you want an open-eye look or a cat-eye look. She can talk it through with you in Spanish, English or Portuguese, whichever is easiest for you.

During your volume lash visit
First, Isabel maps the lashes to your eye shape for the open-eye or cat-eye look you chose. Your set is then built from handmade fans of lightweight lashes.
In general, a lash artist makes each fan by hand from very thin lashes and attaches it to one of your natural lashes. You lie back with your eyes closed while the artist works one lash at a time. Because each fan holds several fine lashes, a volume set looks fuller and darker than a set with one single extension on each lash.

After your volume set
Plan on a fill every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on retention, which means how long your extensions stay on. A fill tops up the lashes that have grown out or shed so your volume set stays full between visits. You can book your first set and your fills online, so it is easy to keep your next visit on the calendar.

Isabel, our lash artist and medical assistant, does your volume set. She runs the spa with her mother, Liliana Rucco, licensed esthetician and owner. Isabel plans each set around your eyes and the look you ask for, whether that is an open-eye look or a cat-eye look.
