Before your consultation
This visit is for women who want to shape their body without surgery and want a clear plan before they start. Many of our clients live in Boca Raton, Pompano Beach and Coconut Creek, and many have come back to us for years.
You don't need to know how many sessions you want or which areas to start with. We work that out together at this visit.

What happens at your consultation
The consultation takes about 30 minutes. First, we take your measurements so you and we have the same starting point. Then we talk about the areas you want to work on.
You also hear how a session works here. Every body session has three steps: a full hour of lipo laser, twice the usual time at no extra cost; lipo orgánica, which is lymphatic drainage and wood therapy (maderoterapia) done by hand with a Colombian body cream, a Colombian-Brazilian method; and vacuum therapy to finish and define.
Last, we plan your sessions with you, based on the areas you named.

After your consultation
You leave with a session plan built around the areas you named, and we go over that plan with you again before your first session.
Each body contouring session takes about an hour and a half, with all three steps in the same visit, so plan your day with that time in mind. You can book your sessions online. Results vary from person to person.

Is the body contouring consultation really free?
Yes. Your first body consultation is free, and that includes your measurements. We share the price of the sessions at the consultation, and we go over your session plan with you before you start, so you see the whole plan first. The consultation takes about 30 minutes.
What happens during the free body contouring consultation?
We take your measurements, talk about the areas you want to work on, and plan your sessions with you. We also explain the three steps of every session here: lipo laser, lipo orgánica by hand, and vacuum therapy, so you know what each visit will look like.
Can we do the consultation in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Lily and Isabel speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, so you can go over your measurements and plan your sessions in the language you feel most at home in. Se habla español. Falamos português. Just tell us which you prefer when you book.
How many sessions will you plan for me?
We decide the number with you at the consultation, based on the areas you want to work on. Most clients do a 10-session package over 4 to 5 weeks, coming in 2 or 3 times a week. Results vary from person to person.
