Before your session
Most of the women who book this session want to shape their body without surgery.
Before your first session, you come in for a 30-minute consultation. We take your measurements, talk about the areas you want to work on, and plan your sessions together. We go over that plan with you before you start, and Liliana or Isabel can walk you through it in Spanish, English or Portuguese, whichever you like best.

During your session
A session takes about an hour and a half, with all three steps done one after the other in the same visit.
It starts with a full hour of lipo laser. That is twice the usual time, and the second half-hour is part of your session. Next comes lipo orgánica, a Colombian-Brazilian method of lymphatic drainage and wood therapy, or maderoterapia, done by hand with a Colombian body cream. Vacuum therapy comes last, to finish and define.
You can lie back and rest while we work, and we tell you as we move to each step.

After your session
Most clients book a 10-session package and come back 2 or 3 times a week, so the whole package takes 4 to 5 weeks. Each visit repeats the same three steps in the same order. Results vary from person to person, which is why we plan your package around the areas you told us you want to work on.

Body Contouring Session questions
What is each step of a body contouring session like?
Each of the three steps is done in a different way. In general, lipo laser uses pads with low-level light placed on the skin of areas like the belly or thighs. Wood therapy is a hands-on massage with wooden tools, and vacuum therapy uses a device with suction that moves over the skin.
Is a body contouring session the same as surgery?
No. Every session here is done without surgery. It uses a lipo laser, lymphatic drainage and wood therapy done by hand, and vacuum therapy, all in one visit. At your consultation we talk through the areas you want to work on and plan your sessions with you before you start.
Can I book my sessions online at times that suit me?
Yes. You can book each session online and choose an open time that fits your week. Each visit runs about an hour and a half from the first step to the last, so leave that much time in your day when you pick a slot, including the drive to W Hillsboro Blvd.
