Before your visit
Clients pick combo brows when they want both texture and definition in one brow. Hair strokes give the look of single hairs, and shading adds depth and color.
It sits between our other two brow options. Microblading uses hair strokes alone, and Powder Brows use shading alone for a powdered look.

During your visit
In general, a combo brow session follows a set order. The artist maps and draws the brow shape first, so the shape can be seen on the face before any pigment goes in. Numbing comes next.
Then the artist adds pigment in two ways. Fine strokes that look like single hairs usually go at the front of the brow, where brows are often lighter. Soft shading usually fills the body and tail of the brow. That mix is why combo brows can look textured at the front and fuller toward the end.

After your visit
Combo brows are a form of cosmetic tattoo, so the first days after a session come with care steps, such as when the brows can get wet and when to hold off on sweating. In general, artists also plan a touch-up visit a few weeks after the first session, once the brows have had time to settle.

How are combo brows different from microblading or powder brows?
Combo brows use both methods in one brow. On our menu, Microblading draws hair strokes one by one, and Powder Brows give soft shading with a powdered look. Combo brows combine shading with hair strokes, for brows with natural texture and definition. Many artists place the strokes at the front of the brow and the shading through the body and tail.
