Before your visit
Powder Brows are for you if you want brows that look filled in with soft powder, with no hair strokes drawn in. If you like the look of hair strokes, our Microblading draws them one by one, and our Ombré / Combo Brows mix strokes with shading. If you already have permanent brows from somewhere else, Brow Camouflage / Correction is the service made for that.
Your first step is a 30-minute aesthetic consultation. You tell us the brow look you like, and we explain how the service works and what the visit looks like.

During your appointment
If you have only seen powder brows in photos, it helps to know the usual order of the appointment. In general, the artist maps the brow shape on your face first, so the shape is set before any color goes in. Next the skin is numbed. Then a small machine places tiny dots of pigment along that shape.
The dots build up into shading that looks like soft brow powder or pencil, which is where the name comes from. Because the color goes in as dots and not as single strokes, the edges look soft, while microblading shows each drawn hair.

After your appointment
After the appointment, the color heals in the skin over the next few weeks. At many studios, a second visit some weeks after the first is used to fill in spots that faded during healing, which is why powder brows are often planned as two visits.

How are Powder Brows different from microblading?
Powder Brows shade the whole brow so it looks like soft brow powder, while our Microblading draws hair strokes one by one. If you want a bit of both, our Ombré / Combo Brows combine shading with hair strokes. At your consultation, you can tell us which look you like best.

The first step is a 30-minute aesthetic consultation. You tell us the brow look you want, and we explain how Powder Brows work and what the visit looks like. You can book the consultation online and pick an open time any day Monday through Saturday.
I already have old permanent brows. Can I get Powder Brows?
For permanent brows done somewhere else, such as uneven height or length, we offer Brow Camouflage / Correction, a service made to correct that work. Tell us about your current brows at your consultation, and we will explain which of our brow services matches the work you already have.
Can we talk about my brows in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Lily and Isabel speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, so you can talk through the brow shape and look you want in whichever language feels easiest for you, from the consultation to the end of your visit.
